Following the acceptance of his abstracts, and selection to participate in the 42nd FEBS Congress in Israel, Dr Ajayi raised $650 by public crowdsourcing to support his participation. It was a travel grant raised by family, friends and well wishers who beli\eve in his scientific efforts.

He fondly describes this as Public Space Crowd-Funding Conference Travel Scholarship to participate in, and attend the New Horizon Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Education of the Israel Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology; 42nd FEBS Congress and the COST Action IDP/ NGP-NET FEBS Congress Satellite Workshop across Rehovot and Jerusalem, Israel (September 6th - 8th; 10th - 16th, 2017).

He remains grateful and promise to work harder.
